Square rectangular pipe

Square rectangular pipe, is a kind of square pipe and rectangular pipe name, that is, the edge length is equal and unequal steel pipe. The strip steel is made by process processing and roll. Generally, the strip steel is disassembled, flat, rolled, welded to form a round pipe, and then rolled into a square pipe and then cut into the required length.

1.The permissible deviation of the wall thickness , square pipe shall not exceed 10% of the nominal wall thickness not more than 10mm, and 8% of the wall thickness greater than 10mm, except the corner and weld area.

2.The usual delivery length , square rectangular pipe is 4,000 mm-12000mm,, mostly 6,000 mm and 12,000 mm. Square moment pipe allows the delivery of short and non-gauge products not less than 2000mm or in interface pipe form, but the Buyer shall remove the interface pipe in use. The weight of short and non-gauge products shall not exceed 5% of total delivery and square moment pipe for 10% greater than 20kg/m.

3.The bending, square moment pipe shall not be more than 2mm, The total bending is not more than 0.2% of the total length.

Square pipe is divided according to the production process: hot rolled seamless square pipe, cold pull seamless square pipe, extrusion seamless square pipe, and welding square pipe.
